Outdoors and facades

The HIMACS solid surface is ideal for facades, exteriors and outdoor furniture. Outdoor colours are resistant to moisture, UV rays and temperature fluctuations.

HIMACS can be used for garden and park furniture, decks, swimming pool areas or even outdoor stage structures. In outdoor furniture, solid surfaces can be combined with other materials such as wood. Comfortable and harmonious environments can also be created, for example, by using solid surface together with wood construction. The HIMACS solid surface can also be fabricated to curved shapes using thermal forming.

Like granite and marble tiles, HIMACS are also suitable as façades and exterior wall cladding.  The solid surface is lighter, denser and more stable compared to natural stone. In facades, HI-MACS® panels are mounted on an aluminum mounting structure.
