3D decorative vinyl foils
3D form-pressable, vinyl-based laminating foils are suitable for coating shaped furniture components such as cabinet doors. The foils are thermoformed using either a vacuum or a membrane press resulting in a finished, high-quality and easy-to-care surface. Typically, 3-D coated furniture doors and furniture components are used in kitchen and bathroom furniture.
Cabinet doors and furniture components coated with 3-D vinyl foils are also suitable for tougher uses such as furniture in educational establishments, restaurants, public spaces, dormitories and healthcare facilities. The vinyl foils provide a durable, easy-to-care, stylish and comfort-enhancing solutions.
Our stock has about 40 different designs. For fast delivery, we offer premium-grade solid colour foils, wood-patterned foils, high gloss foils in both 1300 mm and 1400 mm machine widths. Depending on the foil, the film thicknesses are 0.30 mm or 0.40 mm for standard foils. High gloss foil have a standard thickness of 0.50 mm or 0.55 mm.
